Cancellations and Refunds
I value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for all customers.
K Keerthi believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Rules
- • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
- • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- • K Keerthi does not accept cancellation requests for digital products like ebooks, courses, and practice exams.
Refunds & Replacements
- • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not good, damaged or inappropriate.
- • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 1 day of receipt.
- • Requests for damaged items will be processed once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.
Expectations & Warranties
- • If the product is not as shown on site or per expectations, report to customer service within 1 day.
- • For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer issues directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Timeline
In case of any Refunds approved by the K Keerthi, it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
